Just one more term in the piggy bank!

Ahhh another semester gone by and it's time to take stock of one's existence. In spite of a setback or two, I'm one course off from a 4.0 GPA (or 90+ at USask), done my med applications and almost done recovering from two torn ankle ligaments. So life could be worse, 3 exams left to go, but thank god the term papers are done. Of course the half of my friends who are all done school by now are snickering at me, and sadly it's not done anytime soon - I'm two months from med school interviews and another 3-4 years of real work, only this time it's for keeps. Right now I'm leaning towards UBC, potential for year round sports, proportionately greater number of normal (or at least less abnormal) gay men, and a chance to join Chor Leoni. I've missed singing this year but certainly not going back to Greystones and 'Gerry' anytime soon.

I'll be in Edmonton from the 21-23rd, getting my Christmas shopping done and unwinding. Hopefully it will be reasonably temperatured at home so I can get some serious skiing in. I'm getting a digicam for hols so I'll have no more excuses for lack of blog material.

Lauren if you're reading this, I'm sorry I've been AWOL since you're return but I'm really looking forward to seeing you! Plus I have tunes!
